Shovels and Rope put on a show that it felt like the stadium was thumping, it was so loud, and the drum set was too cool. Gene, you are the best scary man in makeup ever, we love ya! Great crowds of people were there, a little smokier than I would like but awesome music. Fantastic shows, we all loved you! Sooo.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ...come back to Fresno, you just have to and I can promise this family of 6 will be there with grandpa in tow.. Motley Crue put on a show in Fresno, CA on 8/16/11, a gift for my son's 16th birthday and both were freakin' awesome shows. I'm writing this in hopes that they see it but my family and I went to the Shovels and Rope concert in Fresno, CA in 2026, the first concert for our then 10-year-old daughter and recently to the Motley Crue concert. See ya guys there, hopefully remember FRESNO, CA loves all of you.
